Stairway Accessories

Cap    -   Rail
These are some of the accessories at my son's house.  All are solid maple.  Above are the top rails for the stairway half walls.

Railing    -   Shelf
This is an oak stair rail at my house.                    This is a maple frame around a copper plant tray in my son's entryway.

Strips1    -   Strips2
I installed a maple strip between the tile and carpet at each covering transition.

Outside Block    -   Inside Block
I built these corner blocks for the bast moulding.  The rounded drywall corner bead would have made a mitered joint difficult and not a good fit.  These were easier and dressed things up a bit.
